Economics at the service of tourism, tourism centring on gastronomic values.
This Catalan holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Barcelona, and a diploma in Marketing Management from EADA (School of Higher Management and Administration), and has over 30 years' experience in consultancy, management, administration and expansion of projects in the tourist and leisure industry in both the public and private sectors.
He has carried out more than national and international 50 tourism consultancy projects, and now co-manages the Gastronomy Club "Saborea España" (since 2011) with consultancy projects and academic collaboration and teaching in the field of tourism.
