Pavlos Kiriakis creates an innovative dining experience that showcases the best of Greek cuisine.
With extensive experience working alongside Michelin-starred chefs such as Arnaud Bignon**, Eric Frechon***, William Mahi***, Michel Del Burgo***, etc. Kiriakis has had the opportunity to hone his skills as a chef in some of the finest restaurants in Europe and America.
He led the creative team at Andronis Exclusive, Santorini, and is part of a new generation of talented Greek chefs who are reviving ingredients through the use of new techniques. Kiriakis is now responsible for the dining experience at The Zillers Athens Boutique Hotel.
He has been awarded the Toque D'or for several years in a row and will receive his first Michelin star in 2022.
