Víctor José Betancort

He started his career in the world of catering in 2012 in a bar-cafeteria in Haria. Later, in Madrid, he decided to continue in this direction and studied Hotel F&B and Restaurant Management at the Gastrouni, Rey Juan Carlos University. 

He also qualified as a professional kitchen technician, which allowed him to work in prestigious restaurants such as David Muñoz's Diverxo.

At present, he continues to learn and grow with the help of the different chefs who pass through the restaurant and by visiting different countries, which has allowed me to get to know different cultures and culinary elaborations.
