Oenologist at Bodegas Los Bermejos (Lanzarote)
He started out in Los Bermejos as lab assistant and manual worker, and ended up following an experience with Vega Sicilia as enologist and head of production.
A native of Tinajo from a family of winemakers, Daniel Martín graduated in Enology from the University of Cádiz in 2018. He combined his studies with work in the grape harvests in Lanzarote, in Bodegas Los Bermejos, and Ribera del Duero. After he graduated, he spent three years working at Ribera del Duero, Rioja and Toro, at the Tempos Vega Sicilia group. Finally he rejoined Bermejo in 2020 under Ignacio Valdera as enologist and head of production.
