He learned to love cooking from his grandmother and mother. 12 years ago he started working as a kitchen boy in a family member's restaurant, where he gradually immersed himself in the world of cooking to the point where he considered attending the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu school in Madrid. 

After several years of experience as a chef in various restaurants, his dedication and hard work, as well as his passion for cooking, allowed him to fulfil his dream of opening his own restaurant called LIKEN 5 years ago. A modern style restaurant, close to the sea, where the local product is the priority, without losing the traditional values.
