Chef at Casa Carlos (Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, Spain)
Born in Lanzarote, he started in the world of catering at the age of 19 in his father's restaurant, El Risco, where he has spent most of his professional career and where he learned to fall in love with the smells, flavours and contrasts that the kitchen has to offer.
He did not have the chance to go to culinary school, but he has made up for it by working with other chefs and learning from them.
Today he is in charge of the kitchens at the Casa Carlos restaurant.
