Giuseppe Iannotti's special tribute to the volcanic soil that gives the product its uniqueness.

The Italian chef will talk about Mozzarella di Bufala Campana and how buffalo graze on volcanic soil. 

He will then prepare a pasta with sweet buffalo cheese, bringing together two of the most important products in Italian cuisine: pasta and buffalo mozzarella.
