From the Caldera to the table
Kiriakis's presentation will take us to the island of Santorini, as the dish he will be presenting will be prepared with ingredients from the volcanic landscape of this Greek island. The Greek chef will prepare a vegetarian dish using ingredients from the island of Santorini.
The dish will feature the famous Santorini fava with caper jam, pickled onion and sun-dried cherry tomatoes. All the ingredients are from Santorini and due to the volcanic soil of the island, these products have a mineral taste that is different from the same products from other islands.
